Everyone has a “So, There I was…” story, but we don’t want you being worried because one of the custom products we sold got damaged. So, we started our “So, There I was…” Guarantee. If you buy one of our custom products and it gets damaged in one of those “So, There I was…” moments, we will replace it as long as TACGLOW is in business because it only makes sent that it would be extremely difficult to replace the item if we were not.
TACGLOW’s “So, There I was…” Guarantee applies to custom products that TACGLOW has made. If you have any concern about if your product is covered, just get in touch with us.
You simply need to provide us with the order number for the item, a photo of the damaged item so we can review it and see if there is anything that we can change in our production process to help keep the damage from happening again, and you have to let us in on your “So, There I was…” story. If the story is shareable with the public, let us know and we will see about sharing the story with personal info redacted along with photos you may send in.
We understand that you rely on our products, and we want you to know that we stand behind our custom products. As a small business, we cannot replace the item over and over again, but we will replace it at least once. If you happen to get another “So, There I was…” story and the replacement item gets damaged again, get in touch with us and we will see what we can do.
Oh.. We will replace the item with the same or a similar item if the design changes slightly or we no longer make that specific item. We also have to reserve the right to refuse replacing an item at our discretion without having to provide a specific reason.
